Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park
Your unforgettable Kenyan adventure begins with an early morning departure from Nairobi as you journey south towards Amboseli National Park, one of Kenya’s most iconic wildlife destinations.
As you leave the city behind, the scenery gradually changes to open plains and traditional Maasai landscapes. By late morning, you’ll approach Amboseli, where the magnificent silhouette of Mount Kilimanjaro may begin to appear on the horizon.
Arrive at your lodge or camp, enjoy lunch and take some time to settle in before heading out for your first afternoon game drive.
Amboseli is famous for its large elephant herds, but the park is also home to lions, cheetahs, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos and an impressive variety of birdlife.
As the afternoon light begins to soften, enjoy the spectacular combination of wildlife and Kilimanjaro before returning to your accommodation for dinner.

Day 2: Full-Day Amboseli National Park
Wake early for a memorable morning game drive in Amboseli, when wildlife is often active and the morning light creates spectacular photographic conditions.
Explore the park’s open plains and wetlands, keeping watch for elephants moving in large family groups.
On clear mornings, Mount Kilimanjaro provides an extraordinary backdrop to the wildlife encounters.
Return to your lodge for breakfast or a midday break, depending on the day’s schedule, before relaxing during the warmer hours.
Later in the afternoon, venture out again for another game drive. Explore different areas of the park in search of predators, plains game and birdlife while enjoying the changing scenery of Amboseli.
As the sun sets over the savannah, return to camp for dinner and your second night beneath the shadow of Kilimanjaro.

Day 3: Amboseli – Lake Naivasha & Crescent Island Game Sanctuary
After breakfast, bid farewell to Amboseli and begin your journey north-west towards Lake Naivasha, travelling through the changing landscapes of Kenya’s countryside and into the Great Rift Valley.
Arrive in the Naivasha area and enjoy lunch before heading towards Crescent Island Game Sanctuary for one of the most distinctive experiences of your safari.
Accompanied by a qualified local guide, enjoy a guided walking safari through the sanctuary, where wildlife roams freely.
Giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, gazelles and other herbivores may be encountered as you explore the island on foot.
The experience offers a completely different perspective from traditional game drives — there are no vehicle windows between you and the surrounding wilderness, allowing you to appreciate the landscape at a much more intimate level.
Later, return to your accommodation beside Lake Naivasha for a peaceful evening overlooking the freshwater lake.

Day 4: Lake Naivasha – Lake Nakuru National Park
Enjoy breakfast before departing for Lake Nakuru National Park, a short journey through the spectacular landscapes of the Great Rift Valley.
Upon arrival, enter the park for a game drive as you make your way towards your lodge or camp. Lake Nakuru is renowned for its rhino population and offers opportunities to encounter buffalo, giraffes, zebras, lions and other wildlife.
The park’s combination of lake, woodland, grassland and escarpment creates a wonderfully varied safari environment.
Enjoy lunch before continuing with an afternoon game drive, exploring more of the park and keeping an eye out for both wildlife and the area’s rich birdlife.
As evening approaches, return to your accommodation for dinner and a relaxing night in the Rift Valley.
Overnight: Lake Nakuru National Park
Day 5: Lake Nakuru – Maasai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast, depart Lake Nakuru and continue west towards the Maasai Mara National Reserve.
The journey takes you through Kenya’s fertile highlands and rural countryside before gradually opening into the vast grasslands associated with the Mara ecosystem.
Arrive at your lodge or camp, enjoy lunch and take some time to settle in before heading out for your first Maasai Mara game drive.
The Mara is renowned for its extraordinary concentration of wildlife, and your first drive may bring encounters with elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, lions and other species.
As the afternoon progresses, the golden light transforms the savannah into a spectacular photographic landscape.
Return to camp in the evening for dinner and your first night in the Mara.
Overnight: Maasai Mara National Reserve
Day 6: Full-Day Maasai Mara National Reserve
Today is dedicated entirely to exploring one of Africa’s most celebrated wildlife destinations.
Set out early for a full-day game drive across the Maasai Mara, travelling through open grasslands, riverine areas and rolling savannah in search of the reserve’s remarkable wildlife.
The Mara offers excellent opportunities to encounter the Big Five, while cheetahs, hyenas, hippos, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest and numerous antelope species add to the incredible diversity.
Depending on the season, you may also witness dramatic scenes associated with the Great Migration, when vast herds of wildebeest and other herbivores move through the Mara ecosystem.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in the reserve before continuing your exploration into the afternoon.
As the day draws to a close, pause to watch the African sunset spread across the endless plains before returning to your lodge or camp.

Day 7: Maasai Mara – Nairobi
Rise early for your final morning in the Maasai Mara.
Enjoy a final game drive as the savannah awakens, providing one last opportunity to encounter wildlife and capture those final photographs of the Mara.
Return to your accommodation for breakfast before checking out and beginning your journey back to Nairobi.
As you leave the Mara behind, reflect on the incredible diversity of landscapes and experiences you’ve encountered — from elephants beneath Mount Kilimanjaro and walking among wildlife on Crescent Island to rhinos in Nakuru and the spectacular plains of the Maasai Mara.
Continue towards Nairobi, arriving in the late afternoon or early evening.
