Welcome to Sherman Explorers! By booking a safari or tour with us, you agree to the following simple guidelines:

Bookings and Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your spot.

Full payment should be completed before your adventure begins unless otherwise agreed.

We accept safe, trusted payment options like bank transfer, credit card, and mobile money.

Cancellations and Refund

Cancellations made 24 hours before the tour may qualify for a full refund.

Late cancellations or “no-shows” may result in loss of deposit or full payment.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 2 days.

Itineraries or Changes

Safaris are all about nature, and sometimes nature has its own plans. We may need to adjust routes, schedules, or accommodations due to weather, park rules, or other factors — but don’t worry, we’ll always make sure you still have an amazing experience.

Sherman Explorers reserves the right to make necessary adjustments while ensuring a similar or better experience.

Safety and Responsibility

Your safety is our priority. While we take every precaution, Sherman Explorers isn’t responsible for events beyond our control (like weather, delays, or third-party issues).

Governing Law

These terms follow the laws of Kenya.
We keep our terms simple and fair, because we’d rather spend our time showing you the beauty of Kenya than making you read a ton of legal text 🐘✨.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01/01/2025

At Sherman Explorers, we understand that travel plans can change. Life happens, and we’ll always do our best to be fair and flexible.

Cancellation by the Client

24 Hours before departure: 95% refund of total cost.

12 Hours before departure: 80% refund of total cost.

Less than 12 Hours before departure: 50% refund.

Cancellation by Sherman Explorers

In the rare event we have to cancel your trip (due to things like weather, park closures, or unexpected events), you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule – whichever works best for you.

Refund Processing

Refunds are returned through your original payment method within 2 business days. Please note: bank or transfer fees are non-refundable.
